These Terms and Conditions are the official terms of use for Red Cosmetica Pty Ltd and its website (redcosmetica.com), as well as Red Cosmetica microsites and social media sites, such as Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.

The use of these sites are governed by these Terms and conditions set forth below. Your use of this site or purchase from Red Cosmetica Pty Ltd indicates your understanding and acceptance of these terms and conditions to which you agree to be bound by.


All orders placed are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Red Cosmetica.

We may vary prices for received orders in the event of price changes. In the case of price increase, you may cancel the order by giving notice to us, which must be received within seven days of the price increase notification.

If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund to the credit card with which you made your original purchase.

To minimise errors and improve efficiency, orders should be placed using our online ordering system whenever possible. Other forms of ordering are accepted only if our on-line ordering system is malfunctioning. Other ordering methods include emailing or calling our customer service department.

Quantity in stock does not take into account the orders which are yet to be processed. It is possible that an order placed earlier will reduce the stock allocation which was displayed at the time of your order. Inventory discrepancy can also affect the accuracy of the stock status displayed on our website.

We do not allow or support resale or export of products purchased from this site. All affiliates and third party suppliers must be approved by us and this can be done by contacting sales@redcosmetica.com. You agree when purchasing from this site that you are doing so for internal use only, and not for resale or export.


Please be aware that any items shipped internationally may be subject to import duties and taxes applicable to your country/or the country you’re shipping to. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for further information.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

We will not refund any purchases that have not been accepted at customs. By accepting these terms you agree to the above.


If you wish to change or cancel your order prior to dispatch please contact our Customer Service Team immediately by emailing sales@redosmetica.com, Monday to Friday between 9am-5pm AEST with your order number.

Please note, once you’ve placed your order, it joins a queue for immediate processing and despatch and therefore it may not be possible to prevent your order from being dispatched. In this instance, please return your order once received in accordance with our Returns policy.


For online orders, accepted payments include credit cards (Visa/ Mastercard) and PayPal.

The title of the goods supplied does not pass to the customer from Red Cosmetica until the full amount is paid to us. Upon request, we may also accept payment via direct transfer.


All goods sold by us come with a warranty to be free from any defects or faults. This warranty is not transferable.

Warranty only covers the item(s) sold by Red Cosmetica.

All warranties are voided if the returned product is found in any way to be used, mishandled, modified, tampered or physically damaged.

The customer is responsible for any shipping and insurance cost involved in sending the warranty claim goods back to Red Cosmetica. We are not responsible for any parcel missing in transit, on its return back to us.


Processing your order takes 1-2 business days and you will receive an email as soon as your package ships.

During our sales and promotional periods some orders may take a little longer than expected to be shipped to you. If you have any concerns over the shipping timing please contact our Customer Service team at sales@redcosmetica.com.

Discount and coupon codes do not apply to shipping costs

We do not ship to third party addresses unless that address is known and can be verified by us.

Customers are responsible for paying any freight charges incurred by refused shipment and unclaimed goods. Likewise, customers are responsible for paying any additional customs or duties charges that may be incurred on their order.

Red Cosmetica will make every effort to deliver on time. However, we shall not be held liable for the delayed or lost shipment.

Customers are responsible to have someone at the delivery address to sign for and accept the delivery. Cost for re-delivery attempts will be passed to the customers if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery, or if incorrect details are provided during the checkout process.


We do not refund for change of mind, lack of expertise in the use of product or differences in personal opinion. Returns for a refund will only be accepted if the product is faulty, received in error or differs dramatically from the description supplied by us.

We may accept returns for other reasons at our discretion. Returned goods must be in its original condition and include all the original packaging. If you believe your product is faulty or you wish to return your goods for other reasons, please email our customer team at sales@redcosmetica.com as soon as possible and be sure to include as many details as possible about the order and the problem with the goods.

Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Any goods returned are your responsibility until they reach our office. Please ensure you package your return carefully to prevent any damage to the goods or boxes. We recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning. Faulty items will undergo an inspection process by our customer service team and you will be contacted within 48 hours with a resolution. If the goods are deemed faulty, we will replace or refund the product free of additional freight charges.

Red Cosmetica does not take responsibility for the costs involved with returning faulty goods. However, if the goods are deemed faulty after assessment, postage costs will be refunded thereafter. Please include original postage receipt in return parcel.

Our returns policy only covers the items purchased from our online store at redcosmetica.com. We do not accept returns on used products or products not purchased directly from redcosmetica.com. Please contact the original seller if you have any problems with goods not purchased directly from redcosmetica.com.

If the returned goods are determined by us to not be faulty, then all return shipping fees will be worn by the customer. We will seek permission from the customer to charge additional costs to the customer’s credit card where possible. Failing this, the goods will be sent back by Australia Post COD freight collected. Red Cosmetica also reserves the right to charge the labour cost for examining these goods where no fault was found.

If the item(s) received is not what was ordered please do not open the sealed package in which it was sent. Any attempt to use the incorrect item will be deemed to be acceptance by the customer of the item(s) as a satisfactory substitute for the one that was ordered and no further claim can be raised thereafter.

If you are granted a refund we will refund the price paid by you for the goods (exclusive of the initial delivery charge) within thirty (30) days of receiving your original notification that you would like to return the goods.

Refunds will only be made to the original credit/debit card used for purchase.

Please note that we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used. In such circumstances, we will notify you that no refund will be available and you will be responsible for arranging redelivery within 14 days.

Red Cosmetica owns the title of any extra goods shipped with your order that have been dispatched in error.

There will be no credit given on order price difference due to price drops or promotions. Promotional codes cannot be applied after an order has been placed.


As a condition of purchase from us we reserve the right to email you product alerts and special offers that we believe may be of interest to you. We respect your right not to receive these communications so each one of these communications will contain a clear link to unsubscribe. We assure you that once you have unsubscribed we will immediately remove your name from the communication list and will no longer send you these special offers and alerts, unless you choose to re-subscribe at a later date.
